URGENT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION: Flashes of light, sudden loss of vision, eye pain and other sudden onset or worsening eye conditions may be serious and require immediate attention. These symptoms can sometimes be associated with serious underlying conditions that may require immediate medical intervention. Delaying treatment could lead to further complications and potential permanent vision loss.
For current established patients experiencing any of these symptoms: Either book for same day or call to check for availability.
For clients seeking a new provider: Call and we will check for any availability in our schedule. Check with your insurance provider for other options if we are booked and you need immediate attention.
For all patients experiencing these medical eye problems, we must have your medical insurance information prior to seeing the doctor. Your vision insurance does not cover these issues.
Medicare patients must see an in network doctor for medical eye problems.
For out of network patients, payment in full is expected.
If it’s after hours or on the weekend and you are having a medical emergency, you should go to the closest Emergency Room such as Vanderbilt’s ER.
